The REDD Desk is a project of the Global Canopy Programme and presents data relating to tropical forests around the world. This was one of the more involved sites we've undertaken as Agile Collective. For my part, the complexity of the technical set-up led to an exhaustive UX process (user stories, wireframes, mockups) alongside a complete visual redesign.
